WORLD RECORD PINT OF BEER

On Monday the 17th of May 2021 The Packhorse Inn, Southstoke, Bath, opened its doors for the first time in 2021. To mark the occasion they auctioned off the first pint to be pulled, a Birra Moretti, and it went to Olivia and Isabelle Cundy and family who paid the record sum of £755!

This sum will be split between ourselves, The Mountain Way, and the Dorothy House Hospice Care charity 50/50. This is just one more example of the wonderfully generous and kind-hearted people that we are privileged to know.

Covid isn’t over yet, and we may have more challenges to face, but the good folk of Bath and surrounds will remain cheerful and optimistic, and that example is a tonic to those less fortunate whom we are committed to helping.
